¿Tengo que trabajar solo con DreamO?Do I have to work only with DreamO?
No. El acuerdo no es exclusivo. Solo pedimos que los estudiantes que registras en DreamO sigan su proceso por la plataforma mientras dure su curso.
No. The agreement is non-exclusive. We only ask that students you register on DreamO complete their process through the platform for the length of their course.
¿Qué pasa si el estudiante quiere cambiar de agencia?What if the student wants to change agency?
Es su derecho. Lo pide él mismo desde su portal. Te quedas con la comisión de los pagos hechos antes del cambio.
It is their right. They request it themselves from their portal. You keep the commission on payments made before the change.
¿Puedo ayudar con la visa?Can I help with the visa?
En Australia solo un agente de migración registrado o un abogado puede dar asistencia migratoria. Puedes trabajar con uno y declararlo en la plataforma.
In Australia only a registered migration agent or lawyer may give immigration assistance. You can work with one and declare them on the platform.
¿Cuándo cobro?When do I get paid?
Cuando la institución paga la comisión a DreamO. Liquidamos a fin de mes y transferimos en 10 días hábiles. No adelantamos comisiones que la institución aún no pagó.
When the institution pays the commission to DreamO. We settle at month end and pay within 10 business days. We do not advance commissions the institution has not paid yet.
¿Qué pasa si un mes no envío estudiantes?What if I send no students one month?
Ese mes pagas la membresía de US$50. En cada mes con un CoE, no se cobra o se devuelve.
That month you pay the USD 50 membership. Any month with a CoE, it is waived or refunded.
