Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026 · v2026-10.3
These terms govern the use of DreamO ("DreamO", "we"), the platform that connects students, education agencies and institutions to manage study-abroad processes. To use the platform you must accept them, together with the privacy policy. The Spanish version is also available; both have the same meaning.
1. Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must authorise your use of the platform and the handling of your data.
- You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information. False or altered information or documents may lead to the refusal of an application or a visa, have legal consequences and result in suspension of the account.
2. What DreamO does and does not do
- DreamO is a tool to organise processes: profiles, applications, documents, conversations and payments.
- DreamO is not an education provider or a registered migration agent, and does not give immigration advice.
- Admission is decided by each institution and visas by Australia's Department of Home Affairs (or the authority of the destination country). Neither DreamO nor agencies can guarantee either outcome.
- The platform records payments and receipts but does not process tuition payments. Students pay through the methods indicated by the institution.
3. DreamO AI
Some features use artificial intelligence to read data from documents, propose draft replies and check that information is complete. The AI only suggests: a person reviews and decides. The AI does not write answers to visa forms, does not give immigration advice and can make mistakes, so you must always check what it proposes.
4. Students
- You authorise your profile and documents to be shared with your agency and with the institutions you choose to apply to, only for those applications.
- Payment receipts you upload can be seen by your agency and by the relevant institution. The institution confirms whether it received the payment.
- Enrolment, payment and refund conditions are set by the written agreement you sign with the institution, in accordance with Australian law (including the ESOS Act).
- Declarations you make on the platform (for example, about health or character) must be true and correct. You are responsible for their content.
- You may lodge your visa application yourself, or through a registered migration agent or lawyer if you authorise one (Form 956). You may also appoint an authorised recipient to receive correspondence (Form 956A).
5. Agencies and institutions
In addition to these terms, agencies and institutions accept conditions specific to their account type, which are signed separately or accepted on the platform. On commercial matters, those conditions and the agreement signed with DreamO prevail.
6. Acceptable use
You must not try to access other people's information, search for or extract student data, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, upload unlawful or misleading content, or use it for purposes other than managing education processes.
7. Privacy and access by the DreamO team
We handle personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. To operate the platform, provide support, verify accounts, resolve disputes and comply with the law, DreamO's administration team can see all information on the platform, including documents. Every access is logged.
8. Records and electronic acceptance
Messages, status changes and money movements are recorded and cannot be edited or deleted, to keep an accurate history. By ticking the acceptance box you accept these terms electronically. We keep the date and time, the version and fingerprint of the accepted text, your account type, your IP address and the browser used, as evidence of your acceptance.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its software belong to DreamO. The information and documents you upload remain yours; you authorise us to store, display and process them only to provide the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other people or the platform at risk. You may stop using the platform at any time. Outstanding obligations continue after closure.
11. Liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it may have interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, DreamO is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by institutions, immigration authorities, agencies or students. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without affecting any rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept them again before you continue using the platform. If you have questions, contact us through the platform.
